The launch of 3PTV – a channel dedicated to serving the informational and entertainment needs of Pulaski and Giles County which will be found on cable channel 3 – will take place at 5 p.m. on Thursday, which is, appropriately enough, Jan. 3. The first official program on 3PTV will be a videotaped press conference to introduce the project. Taking part will be representatives of the three entities that have partnered together to form 3PTV: the City of Pulaski, Martin Methodist College, and PES Energize.
